RedVision, a national real estate property research organization, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Colorado Record Data (CRD) and CRS Title Services (CRS). The transaction was finalized on June 30, 2008.
According to the company, the combination of its services and those offered by CRD/CRS represents a dynamic step forward as RedVision expands its national title research footprint to support its lender, insurer and default service customers.

According to Christopher Broekema, the vice president of CRD, the combination of RedVision, CRD and CRS will create excellent opportunities for their clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

CRD provides its customers with online access 24 hours a day, seven days a week to a title plant index and images for Colorado counties. Its title plant has more than 75 million pages currently stored online. Meanwhile, CRS has delivered its clients a broad range of real property title related products, including title commitments, property reports, ownership and encumbrance reports, title guarantees, foreclosure guarantees, litigation guarantees and other title insurance related products since 1998. CRS has the ability to search real property title records and produce title property related documents in all 64 Colorado counties through the use of a centralized title plant created and maintained by its sister company CRD.
