TSS Software Corporation, a national independent software provider for the settlement services industry, marks its 15-year anniversary this month as it closes its 60th consecutive profitable quarter. Since its inception in 1993, TSS has been committed to providing real estate title, settlement and abstracting companies nationwide with technology solutions.

"This means tailoring each installation to fit the customer's business and constantly enhancing our software based on the feedback we receive from our customers."

Future plans for TSS include releasing a new version of its flagship product, TitleExpress, with a new interface and an option to use the Microsoft's SQL database. In addition, TSS is currently developing its 100 percent Web-based title and settlement system that will be available in the coming months.
