FNRES Gains Improved Security, Fraud Alerts Via Product Integration

AdmitOne Security, a leading solutions innovator for protecting and maximizing the value of digital identities, has integrated the services of its AdmitOne Security Scout program with Paragon Online. The integration provides Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES) customers an analytics solution for member accounts to monitor usage, track demographics and identify fraudulent use.

Scout monitors account usage and generates alerts regarding usage violations associated with account sharing. The alerts could signify either intended account sharing or a potential account takeover. As a solution, Scout is producing specialized insights for MLS organizations regarding account usage amongst member agents. The Scout solution is transparent to members and provides FNRES customers the analytics they need to make pricing and protection decisions for their Paragon Online service.

“We have a remarkable industry-leading MLS solution with functionality to serve any size organization, and we are committed to continually enhancing Paragon Online with innovative, cost-effective solutions, either directly or through partners,” said Rob Overman, FNRES's chief-technology-officer. "AdmitOne Security Scout’s integration with Paragon Online is both seamless and transparent. The solution can provide our customers with deeper insight into member utilization of the service, while at the same time improving their security posture.”

FNRES Paragon Online is the leading provider of data and services to the Internet-based Multiple Listing Services (MLS) sector of the real estate industry. With 360 MLS organizations on the Paragon system, Paragon Online is used by three-quarters of North America's real estate professionals.

AdmitOne Security Scout is a zero-footprint solution that works without requiring users to carry additional hardware or remember additional information, and the service causes no disruption to users. As a hosted service, AdmitOne Security Scout requires no on-premise hardware or software. After monitoring begins, Scout immediately meters usage and begins detection of any account sharing within the subscriber base. AdmitOne Security Scout delivers rich graphical reporting capabilities to allow managers to monitor and act on anomalies, which may indicate potentially fraudulent activity.

“Scout is unique in its ability to protect members, the top line and the bottom line of a multiple listing service,” said Matthew Shanahan, the senior vice president of marketing and strategy at AdmitOne Security. “We are extremely pleased to work with forward looking organizations such as FNRES to deliver innovative solutions to help MLS organizations improve their security posture, optimize revenue, and preserve an easy-to-use, convenient branded experience.”
