Web Title Agency and partner company Cascade Settlement Agency (“Cascade”) are pleased to announce a merger with Customized Lender’s Services (“CLS”) effective June 18, 2012. This merger preserves the company’s commitment to the Greater Rochester community, with the addition of 10-15 new jobs.
CLS has earned a reputation for providing rational solutions to title issues while minimizing closing risks, bringing a wealth of experience and skill to this merger. This combination of skill, expertise, technological capability and strong customer service will best position the company for future growth and expansion to best serve the needs of their client partners.
