e-Recording service provider Simplifile has announced that it has added three more counties to its list of over 830 counties nationwide in which it provides services. The latest counties to add e-Recording are Waseca and Polk County in Minnesota, and Boone County in Arkansas.
Patton, Hoversten & Berg, P.A., a local law firm in Waseca, will be the first to electronically submit a document to the county using Simplifile’s online service. Within minutes after receiving electronic documents, the county will be able to quickly record and return the document back to the submitter through Simplifile.

Boone County is the 10th county in Arkansas to begin e-recording with Simplifile.
