Danielle Kaiser, of Westfield, Ind., has been awarded a National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Kaiser joins 33 other industry professionals from around the country who has earned the professional designation.
The National Title Professional (NTP) designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

Kaiser has worked in the land title industry since 2007, currently serving as underwriting counsel for Agents National Title Insurance Company. She has been active in the title industry at both the state and national level as a member of the ALTA State Legislative/Regulatory Action Committee since 2012 and served on several Indiana Land Title Association (ILTA) committees since 2008. Kaiser served as president of the ILTA Board of Governors in 2012.
Kaiser is the second NTP designee from Indiana. Jeff Bosse of Bosse Title Company in Evansville received an NTP designation in March 2013.
