Duchesne County is now accepting electronic documents for recording through Simplifile, the nation’s largest e-recording service, providing document submitters with a faster, more cost-effective recording method online.
E-recording is a secure method of submitting, receiving, and processing documents such as land records for recording online, which are otherwise submitted by mail, runner, or courier service.
Title companies, banks, attorneys, lien filers, and others who submit documents such as land records to Duchesne County for recording will be able to have their documents received, reviewed, stamped, recorded and returned from the county in minutes.
