Nebraska Title Pro Receives ALTA NTP Designation
press release

Marcy A. Wagner has been awarded a National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Wagner is the second NTP designee from Nebraska and joins more than 50 other industry leaders from around the United States who have earned the professional designation.

The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

“I appreciate Marcy’s dedication to advancing our industry and her enthusiasm for the work we do each day for consumers,” said ALTA President John M. Hollenbeck NTP. ”Her professionalism and work ethic make her a much-deserved recipient of a National Title Professional designation. I encourage other Nebraska land title insurance professionals to follow Marcy’s lead and apply for this designation.”

Wagner has more than 20 years of industry experience and is regional manager for TitleCore National in Plattsmouth, Neb. She serves on ALTA’s Real Property Records, and State Legislative and Regulatory Affairs and Title Action Network committees. Wagner is active within the Nebraska Land Title Association (NLTA) serving on several committees. She served as NLTA president in 2013. Additionally, she is the current vice president for the Iowa Mortgage Association.

A full directory of National Title Professionals is available here.

The designation has several elements, including industry and compliance prerequisites and training requirements. To apply for the NTP designation and for more information, please visit ALTA's NTP website.
