PropertyInfo® Corporation, a Stewart company, announced today that it has successfully completed the installation of its CountyFusion® records management software at the Roscommon County Clerk and Register of Deeds office in Michigan. The turnkey solution leverages smart records management practices, using the latest technologies and automation tools to cashier, image and index documents quickly and efficiently, resulting in improved overall service.
The new system features CountyFusion eApplications, allowing citizens to initiate their marriage license application online, saving processing and wait times once they appear in person to obtain the license. Other functions include complete management of land records, cases, vital records, and a powerful, user-friendly search website for public users.
“The implementation of CountyFusion has enhanced our service offerings to the public,” said Michelle M. Stevenson, clerk and register of deeds. “It was important to implement a single solution for the County Clerk and the Register of Deeds offices. CountyFusion was tailored to each of our divisions' operational needs and allows for integrated financial reporting, a function that really improves the overall application process.”
CountyFusion software includes advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) indexing tools, customized workflows, tailored reporting, property fraud alerts, and integrations with other systems.
"We are excited to expand our user base and add Roscommon County to the list of Michigan counties we serve," said Kyle Chaney, senior vice president, PropertyInfo’s Government Services Division. “We continue to provide county government offices with affordable technology solutions and are proud to support their needs.”
