Gateway Title Research, Inc provides accurate title searches within a timely manner with reasonable rates. We are licensed and we carry Errors and Omission Insurance. Gateway Title Research has an on-line ordering system where our clients can place their own orders, check status and even retrieve the search results.
Our pricing is set up by tiers, A through G Counties. A – Counties being our home counties, with our best fees and turn-times, and the other tiers are the rural and extreme rural counties that we travel too.
We cover the entire states of Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Below are some points concerning each state that we cover.
Missouri – Our employee abstractors are Missouri licensed as required by state statute and we are Missouri Title Plant Compliant for our clients that write title policy in Missouri. The metro areas of St Louis and Kansas City have our quickest turn times of any of the Missouri counties.
Illinois – We cover Madison and St Clair counties in the state of Illinois. Illinois does not have or require abstractors to be licensed. The metro areas of St Louis and Chicago have our quickest turn times but we also cover the extreme south and eastern portion of Illinois.
Kansas – We are licensed in Kansas even though there is some debate in Kansas whether we need to be our not. We cover Wyandotte and Johnson counties.
