Demonstrated Expertise: On May 2, 2023, I had the privilege of contributing my expertise as a title search professional to a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, Civil Northern. During this engagement, I undertook the following responsibilities:

· Supplied comprehensive residential full forty-year property title search reports.

· Conducted manual property tax searches, encompassing two years of tax history for each search.

· Executed a statewide e-filed litigation and judgment search on the property owners and their aliases.

· Expertly abstracted and compiled exhibits, presented in an Excel-formatted list.

· Arranged full copies methodically by recorded date in descending order.

· Delivered a final report comprising 114 documents and 589 copies.
