I use Quickbooks online . They have excellent reliable service and you can get answers from a live native English speaker. It is always updated so no need to buy new software. I use Carbonite.com for instant online backup of all files. $59/year, but now pay the $99/year and also backup to an external hard drive which not only backups files but my entire system with all existing programs. I did crash once and thank God I had Carbonite. I was able to fix the computer then go online with them and download all my files. I extended to the $99 /year because it still took a lot to rebuild all the software programs and that is included with that fee. Carbonite saves as you create, You can tell a file is saved because a little green dot appears beside the file. The learning curve for both is not bad and you get live help. Best to you.
