Nils, your post is unprofessional.

Believe me, we are as frustrated as you are that this forum is used almost exclusively at times to pass information about deadbeat companies rather than a discussion of title issues.  And I would like it if folks were as diligent about searching the past messages before posting as you are. 

But the only way you can change this forum for the better is to start the kind of discussions that you want to see, not by posting rants like this.  If there was a significant amount of substantial discussion on here, the kind of posts that you are complaining about should be little more than a passing annoyance to anyone, at worst.  If you do not see value in the forum and it just makes you mad, there is always the option of just staying away.  If you have suggestions that Robert or I can act on, send them to us.

As far as researching posters personal lives-- it's a free internet, , but I can't imagine that admitting to digging up all the information you can find on your fellow posters is going to help bring people to your side.  People are going to see that as creepy, and I can't blame them.
