We've come to a dead end in trying to collect from Abstracts USA, of Rockville, MD.  Repeated phone calls got the same response, "send us copies of the bills and we'll give them to 'her' for payment."  We did; 'she' didn't.  Obviously they have burned many bridges under the name Abstracts, USA, and now operate under a new name--FirstTitleServices.com, from the same Rockville, MD address.   This is the most recent place we have been told to "send copies of the bills and we'll give them to 'her' for payment."  This info may have already appeared on SOT, but just in case, this is an alert...
