Just an  FYI. This company PREFERRED DOCUMENT, Islip, New York owes me for searches done in January 2009.  Repeated contacts have gone unanswered.  I usually check Source of Title when new companies contact me but they aren't listed here, which should have been my first clue.  Just beware.
