It is so refreshing to hear from someone else who is actually happy with their job dispite it all!

Pricing is a tough topic on this forum, but I think it is important to keep in mind that we can only charge what the market will pay.  Not everyone that is inexpensive is inexperienced - many of us value the freedom that this profession offers and will sacrifice some profits in order to keep the work.  I think it is also noteworthy that in some areas the research has actually become less time consuming due to technological improvements.

Everyone needs to decide for themselves what their time is worth.  It seems unlikely that many of us are doing this with the idea of getting rich :-)
