Can anyone enlighten me on the individual abstractor who has apparently been caught stealing in Cayuga, Wayne, and Ontario Counties?

I have heard he is using other companies copy codes for printing and has been caught by multiple people "peeking" at their work and calling their customers with ridiculously low rates.

Any info would be of use. The industry needs to boycott this type of garbage. I know we will.
