Thank you for your interest and participation in the recent informational hearing on title insurance that was held by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department on May 28, 2009.  Please be advised that the transcript of that hearing and any testimony or submissions received to date have now been posted to the Department’s Web site.  As stated in an earlier e-mail, the cut-off date for submissions will be two weeks from the date the transcript is posted to permit parties to reference the transcript in their comments, if desired.  Accordingly, we will be accepting those submissions until Monday, July 6, 2009 at 5:00 P.M.  Please send all written comments or submissions to ra-in-consumerliaison@state.pa.us.  As a reminder, any submissions received after today will be posted after the deadline for submissions has passed.  Please forward this message to any other persons that may have an interest in this notice.  Thank you.
