I just wanted to update you folks as well as warn you about one of my former clients. I had posted on this site back on 12-2-08 that I had not been getting paid from a company named Ace National Abstract, Inc. .... now out of Northampton, Pa. Then I posted again on 1-7-09 that they had made a decent effort to repay our over $7,000.00 invoice. They did well until April 2009. Now I have an invoice out to them for over $6,200.00.( work from March, April & part of May) I will no longer be patient when I get the runaround and no checks at all. So on 6-1-09 I filed a Civil complaint with my local District Justice for the balance plus late fees, etc. I still have gotten NO response from Mr. Joseph Hess, Pres and owner of Ace,  or anyone else from the company. My hearing date is July 7, 2009. I will keep you all updated about the end result. I just wanted to warn anyone else who might be thinking of taking them on as a client or who may already be a searcher of theirs. I do not want to see ANY of you have to go through something like this. As they say...Live & Learn!
