No George, I guess I did not expect much because of my prior history with them. So I AM taking most of the blame here. Only because I am a trusting person who will no longer be that way. I have called, emailed , etc to no avail. That is why I am going to my hearing on July 7th and we will see what happens.  I plan on doing whatever the law allows. I have plenty of time on my hands due to shoulder surgery. Will be off for 4 months...so I plan on making this my mission for the next few months. By the way, what is a discovery hearing? Is that what I will be doing on July 7th when I show up for the hearing at the Magistrate's office? I do not expect you to know Pa. law. So don't fret if you do not  have the answer.
