Beware of any search request from M & M National Abstractiung Company, a fraudulent company, (AKA Exerienced Title, Inc, Experinced Title, Gannoe Title, Abstractors- R-Us).  The owner is Debi Miller & Michael Miller (AKA Debbie Miller, Debbie Miller Gannoe, Richard D. Gannoe) @ 1019 Courtney Estates, Wheeling, WV 26003 (PO Box 216). 

     The purpose is to receive search projects from examiners with the intent of not paying them for their work.  In my case, I was taken for 10 searches, under M & M National Abstracting Company, for $1,145.00.  Then a new company appeared, with fraudulent information, W-9, and etc, with the name Abstractors-R-Us, getting me for 14 searches at $1,741.00. This occurred between 5/13/2011 to 6/09/2011. There was never a question about the cost of a search, but constant emails as to ETA.

     Debi comes across as very personable and endearing; however, she is like a snake waiting to strke you.  After a great deal of investigation, we found that she is being pursued for stealing $300,000.00 from her Trust Account; which, according to the claims department,  has not been repaid. Plus, she stole $70,000 to $80,000 from Habitat for Humanity in Pittsburgh. Detectives are trying to find her. LSI Title Agency , Inc. is the Plaintiff for the case to Experience Title, Inc (Debby J. Gannoe: Defendent).  The representative for LSI Agency is Christopher R. Arthur (Phone: 304-414-0200 & Fax: 304-414-0202). According to the Case Summary in Wheeling U. S. District Court, the complaint was filed 7/08/2009 with case number 5:09-cvg-00077-FPS, Frederick P. Stamp, Jr. presiding.
