MITEA (Mass Independent Title Examiners Assn) will be hosting a seminar to review the NEW PROBATE LAWS going into effect Jan 1, 2012, and the impact it will have on titles involving probates particularly intestate estates & the new rules of succession.
The speaker will be Atty George Cushing - the Senior Counsel for the Trusts & Estates Department at the law firm of McClane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton.
