I have to agree with Alex Ott.  Stick with Brother.  We've tried others & took them back.  We've worn out 2 Brothers in the past 8 years, but had a warranty to replace them.  The last one we had had double trays (so we could use legal & letter) but we just changed everything to letter so we could file everything in letter size, so we have the MFC 5890CN.  We bought 2 HP laser printers that we use just to print our documents off the computer because they were on sale a few years ago for $50 each & get more copies out of the laser cartridge, but we use our Mutifunction Brother to fax & email our searches  & the print quality on the Brother is better than the laser printers.  It has a 50 page document feeder & it scans PDF, 

 You probably need a bigger model, but I'd certainly suggest staying with Brother.
