Has anyone had any luck collecting from either of these two? 

• Global had an outstanding balance of 10K and made one payment of about 1,000.  Then we were told on 10-04-2011 that they were getting a check out that week for a min of 1K well needless to say we haven't seen that check nor have ANY emails we sent to Sharon, Melissa or Andrew been addressed, return, nadda!
• Need To Know/Search the Nation asked us to do several doc retrievals pulling case files for them.  They ran up a bill of 1200+ and refuse to answer any phone calls or emails.  I can't find any information on them either :(
