Has anyone been having trouble getting paid for copies from First American NPS?  I have been trying to get paid for copy invoices dating back to July 2011 and keep getting the excuse that they are backlogged and there is only one person to handle these types of invoices.  Hum, a big company and only one person to pay the bills.  Seems a little strange to me.
