Just found out today that Essex county  Probate Court, for some unfathomable reason, does not list notices claim on the docket!!   I am looking at a current probate right now with a 5K claim by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, & the claim is not listed anywhere on the docket sheet.      Not sure if this is true for other probate courts.    I don't rely on the dockets anyway - I always schlep over to probate court & pull the file, but this  really  is a problem.
