[-] Title Question - New Jersey - Charles Sarlo/NJ (4 replies)
2/13/2012 10:55:40 AM (834 views)

Hypothetical -

Deed 1: Grantees on deed are Jim, Joe and John, as tenants in common

Deed 2: Jim, Joe and John, as tenants in common, as the Grantor  conveying title to Jim, Joe and John "t/a XYC company, a partnership"

Deed 3:  XYC Company as grantor conveying title to Jim and Joe

Does John still have an interest?

Is there a cloud / defect in title?

Should one have a concern if a title company is willing to ensure clear title?

 Thanks
