The purpose of this post is to warn other title companies and title searchers that National Real Estate in Pittsburgh is not paying their vendors.  Work that was completed in October of 2011 has still not been paid and it is now March 2 2012.  This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by anyone.  It shows the current financial state of this company and possibly indicates that they may be going out of business therefore you may never receive payment for any of the title searches completed.  Please do not complete any work for this company because you will not receive payment for at least 4-5 months.  If we do not band together to stop this kind of behavior, they will think that they can get away with it.
