Source of Title Forums: Search by middle name?

I'm curious to see how many of you search by a man's middle name? The search order is Warren J. Barthlow. He took title as Warren James Barthlow. All his opened and released mortgages are Warren J. Barthlow. Only the deed has his full name. Would you search James Barthlow? Do you regularly, on every single order, search by middle names?
