Has anyone done work with Southern Land & Title/Coosa Valley Abstracting/West Georgia Abstractors?

I did a search and found some old comments on Southern Land & Title. There was a string awhile back (2005/2006 I believe) that said they did not pay and several people had lawsuits against the owner. There were then later posts that said they were terrific and always paid on time. The other 2 companies did not come up.

Do you think it's a red flag that they have 3 business names? They just sent me a vendor set-up sheet? Did anyone else receive one?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
