Since there is a lot of discord with regards to "outsourcing" of abstract/title work- should there be a requirement of settlement firms to disclose the country of origin of the title work that was relied on to prepare the commitment  for each of the settlements. This would probably bring the outsourcing to an abrupt halt, once the customers knew their title work was performed by persons that had little knowledge of the title they had to pay for.
Just interested in any feed back from the SOT raders.
