Just as information to all.......We were contacted by Eclipse Real Estate Services today with reference to title work in South Carolina. It must have slipped their minds that we did do work for them many years ago and it was always a fight to get paid. When we would finally receive a check more often than not it was short (usually the actual copy cost) that we never could collect.

We told then we would start doing title work for them again.................on a Pre-Paid basis.
