So really, I got this call today from a Company (guess where they are located?) that they will provide $12 Current Owner/Two owner Searches in Any Jurisdiction Any where in the US.  WOW!!!!!  I asked about copies and he said their operations could help me secure those.

I am thinking about sending them all my common name searches..... Wow, let them do a title search on Young Kim, no middle name in Fairfax County, Virginia.  We have a list now but still, it took us weeks to complete the first one!

Better yet, I will send him the ones that have three or four last names and encumber the property as such.  Wonder which name they will search under?
