I am trying to get information on how California is for title searching.  My brother is moving to San Diego next month and would like to search there.  He has been a searcher for us for 10 years with much experience but he is lost as Connecticut is so very different than most states.  Can anyone give us any feedback or for someone for him to contact.  Also I hear the pricing structure is so very different and much lower than Connecticut?
