I haven't posted on SOT or Watchdog in over two months now.... Unbelievable but true.  Why you ask..or don't ask.... Well, one thing I can not, and do tolerate is "incompetence".... so many of these post are just that, and believe me I can make George look like a pussycat in responding to your posts.   Look at the recent post about FSE, one response asks..."what does FSE stand for anyway"....   "Who owns the company?".... "Where are they located?"....How do I contact them?" and the list goes on ..JUST GOOGLE IT!!!!  Took me 30 seconds to figure out what FSE stands for.  Even on this site..... Learn to use "Search Messages" before you ask... "does anyone know anything about this company?"....There are so many sites that can give you the inside information you need... but most posters are just lazy and it's "do it for me"....you know who you are..... You are supposed to be researchers and know how to find this stuff out!  It scares the hell out of me when I read some of the posts (and the spelling) that so many are doing Titles.  I even research the posters and can tell you more about them, where they live, their family members and more, private phone numbers and more..... and most of you can't even Google or use many of the other sites.  There was one Member of SOT who recently hung it up on this site because he offered insight and advice as an attorney/abstractor/researcher and no one got it......I miss reading his stuff.... there are a lot of old timer's on this SOT and Watchdog ....and they know who they are...and I am one of them!!!!.. and I see less and less from them on here because they can't believe the INCOMPETENCE either..... oh.... The word Incompetence stump you???   GOOGLE IT!  Spell check your post!!!!

Robert ...forgive me for the rant but it was time..
