was paid in full on time. Ann was released from further work assignments for Cause. Her last day of work was June 12. She received her check for services up to May 31 on the 15th and she received her final paycheck on the
e first business day after the end of the month. (July 2) She was informed she could pick up check any time after 9 am on Monday. She demanded payment on the 27th and was told no, she could pick up on the next regular payment date. She was a contract employee. We tried to find her work that she could perform satisfactory, but her attitude and performance failed at every opportunity presented to her. Below are the final communications and copies of cancelled final check paid to her.

She has no knowledge of weather abstractors are paid. She was originally hired to do bookkeeping work, but could not perform. She never could bill or get payables completed when assigned. Those tasks were taken away from her. She was relegated to customer service work and could not accomplish that task either.
