Congratulations Robert!

This was a massive feat getting this website set up!  I thank you for setting it up.

Its also been very educational and I know will continue to be so. I also appreciate the many who are title company owners who post on SOT who have been in the industry a long time and I thank all of you for your postings on subjects I now know alot more about.

I have also gotten many new clients from SOT, for that I thank you.
