Way back in 1999, the Real Estate world, and more specifically, the Municipal Tax and Lien Search industry in Florida looked very different. There were less than a handful of companies that performed this type of work. Now, there are hundreds of companies in this landscape.

ASAP was started by our Mom, in her fifties at the time with $5,000, a copy machine and a fax machine in a one-room office. Now, ASAP is one of the most respected, most efficient companies in the industry with hundreds of loyal customers.

Even after 22 years, ASAP continues to grow at a record pace, making the Inc.5000 list for the first time, as one of the fastest-growing companies in the entire United States. No easy task!
