Is it just us or is every company out there sending orders with "give us your best price", ETA's and please quote prior to starting the order? I've not only sent these companies my price sheet numerous times but I also get requests for orders in areas that I actually don't cover.

Also asking for a quote on a "current owner" that everyone and their brother know isn't a current owner search. It's been in family for 50 years, probate, foreclosure, tax sale or any other type of anomaly. I'm thinking about charging $5-$10 for quotes; now I'll put that towards the order if we actually get it. Any thoughts on that? Does anyone else do it that way?
