Hi All,

 I am  an Abstractor for over 22 years and have a very good system for clientele.  BEWARE of AVANZE as I provided abstracting for them a couple of years ago and although they did finally pay for the work completed, I had to spend WAY TOO MUCH TIME chasing the payment.  I received requests several times over the past few years and declined but after having a good discussion with them and their promises that they have organized their company and would pay as services were rendered, we cautiously accepted work again.  NOTHING HAS CHANGED.  I am back to chasing them for payment and although I do think they will eventually pay, as of today they are 90 days since work was completed and their response to me this week was "we will pay in January as we have restructured our payment system to monthly".  That makes no sense since it as 90 days ago when the work was completed. 

 I HIGHLY CAUTION YOU TO CONSIDER THAT YOU PROBABLY WILL NOT BE PAID AS AGREED AND YOU WILL SPEND MORE TIME TRYING TO GET PAID THEN ;YOU DID ON THE WORK.  NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.  NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE TO BEG FOR THE MONEY OR PUT OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN LABOR AND COSTS ASSOCIATED AND THEN WAIT MONTHS OR FOREVER TO GET THAT MONEY BACK.
