Since November 2022, we have sent a monthly statement
to American Title Research LLC for a past due invoice. The amount of
this invoice was $277. The emails were sent to Dale Nickel, the owner of
the company, at dale@americantitleresearchllc.com. I’ve
also left messages for Dale on his phone #480-277-9693.
Because of the lack of response, we have started collection
proceedings against American Title Research.
