We have been attempting to collect payment on some completed assignments for over three years and have made a concerted effort over the past six months to get them to pay the balance of what they owe us. We have even sent them all of the original search requests with their file numbers on them and the offices that requested the searches to try to help them finally pay us what is owed. We have contacted the original offices that requested the searches and been sent to the national office to attempt to get paid.

We have worked for them for several years and this has only become a problem with non-payment of the bulk of their work in the past year. The current balance owed is over $5000.
