I was hoping their non-payment practice would not catch us off guard. Well, it did, twice. First time they paid. This time, no response to $5000 in payments due. After reading this forum, I see we are among many. We knew what they were doing this to other abstractors across the country and now Alabama.
Today, I sent an email to every abstractor in Alabama warning that Avanze is a very well organized thief!!! Stealing products from one and moving on to another trusting abstractor. Jeevan is the expert convincing you their financial problems are resolved and you will receive a huge volume and payments will be timely. When that time comes, no returned emails or calls.
Obviously, they think they are invincible...
Fortunately, I have a promising source to provide me with their clients contact info.
I'm sure they want to know the character of the entity they are dealing with.
If it come through, I will post the info here and we can each contact them.
