Ascendant National Title (now rebranded as Cypress Ascendant) owes me $7,133 plus court costs of $321.88. I was their agent/producer/qualified principal in various states. They stopped paying me per my Independant Contractor Agreement in January 2023. I won a default judgement against them on June 13,2023 in Pinellas County Florida.
