Just a FYI: The Dochunters Rep who did reply and posted that I was correct in my statements regarding the non-payment status of their account and went on to say we would be paid. Well, she should have just said "the check is in the mail."  We have NOT been paid. The most frustrating part of this whole situation is that they only owe us $42.00.  This type of lack of professionalism from out of state clients is why we have instituted a policy of no new out of state clients. If they choose not to pay, it is too darn hard to collect from them. But you better rush their orders!
