If you like to get paid for your work... Don't accept work orders from VKM Title. They say your check is in the mail... a week later they send an email asking for your mailing address. My address is on all of my emails and invoices. Duh!!!

Today after over 6 months since I submitted their order I got an email with a fake receipt saying that  my check has been submitted and I should have my money in 5 to 7 days. If by some miracle I actually get it, I will post that too... but I'm not holding my breath.
