Anyone know anything about these folks? In the last week, I've got several requests for document pulls from this company and another company for counties in Mississippi. I've never heard of these companies, and I wasn't able to get any information off the Delaware SOS office about Procure Title and a map of the address is not helpful. I'm leery of these pop-up companies that I've never heard over, and I have no intention of doing work (even easy document pulls) that I'm not going to get paid for when I have work sitting on my desk right now. If anyone has any information, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
