 Ramsey County MN is for St. Paul.  All those copies and all the new and old tract books are now going to be copy written..

Recordease my .... , as a former Administrative Tribunal Judge under the MN dept of revenue..  do you think I'm sitting back watching my country / counties being taking over one at a time.  NOPE.. this company who purchased these rights are outside of the Ramsey County's jurisdiction.   Amazing how those that use these tract books all day, do not and are not reporting all this to the Treasury..
