Last week I received an order from Procure Title. It was our first order and I let them know (several times) someone had to call us to get set up. No one called. Today I got the same order from R&R title services also in DE. I let them know the same thing. I went to their web page dated 2025 on the bottom, and although the layout is different than Procure's site, most of the text under "Services" is identical or nearly so. I checked the DE SOT site and R&R was incorporated on April 7th of this year. Both companies have the same Registered Agent shown. It seems like it could be a reboot of the same company. Procure has mixed reviews here so I would exercise caution if contacted by R&R.

EDIT: I received the requested phone call from R&R Title and spoke to SAM aka"DVS" which he explained are the initials of his non-Americanized name. He said he was, but no longer is, with Procure Title and that they are now two separate unrelated companies and that he is newly incorporated on his own as R&R Title. It turns out I could not fulfill  the specific request he had, but I did set them up in our system and am willing to give R&R a chance.
