Abstracting Opportunity - American Title/NE
3/9/2006 12:01:28 PM (1062 views)
Unfortunately, this project is complete and I no longer need volunteers.  Thanks to all who expressed interest and were able to join in the project!!
Kris

I have a client who needs 12 to 14 abstractors to conduct searches (back to patent) in the counties of Mesa and Garfield Counties, Colorado.  This is located in the Northwest region of Colorado, just north of Aspen.  This project needs to be completed within the next 60 to 90 days.  The client is willing to pay travel expenses (Per diem meals, rental cars, air fare, etc.), so the abstractors could be from anywhere in the United States.  You would have to commit to at least 4 days per week (we would set up some sort of rotating schedule) to complete the searches--again, air fare back and forth would be paid for.  It sounds like this client is in quite a crunch, so it sounds like a great opportunity for an abstractor who could dedicate the time and travel.  The abstractors would be working under the direction of the attorneys.  American Title is still negotiating the specifics, but I would like to know if anyone would be interested ASAP.  This client is willing to pay hourly and/or per title search and possible offer bonuses for excellent performance.

If you could please respond or give me a call with your thoughts and questions, it would be greatly appreciated.  Again, I think it would be a great opportunity for the individual abstractors.

Thanks for your time!!
